Neeraj Chandrashekhar

Born in Irving Texas, to two hardworking and supportive parents who instilled in him the values of perseverance, curiosity, and compassion. From a young age, Neeraj was encouraged to explore new ideas, develop a strong work ethic, and embrace challenges as opportunities to grow.
At 15, Neeraj relocated to India—an experience that deeply shaped his worldview. Immersing himself in a new culture, he quickly learned how to adapt to unfamiliar environments, communicate across differences, and remain resilient in the face of change. These formative years laid the foundation for both his personal growth and emerging entrepreneurial mindset.
Today, through his work with UCG, Neeraj is focused on learning the inner workings of building and scaling a business. He is passionate about creating environments where people can grow, thrive, and access opportunities—especially within underserved communities. Driven by a desire to give back, he hopes to one day build platforms that empower others just as he was empowered.
Outside of work, Neeraj is a classically trained concert violinist, an avid swimmer, and an aspiring travel entrepreneur currently running his own travel agency. These passions not only bring balance to his life but also fuel his creativity and global perspective.
