When I moved to Dallas, I didn’t know where to begin with my career. There were some applications of mine floating around, but for the most part I didn’t have a clear destination. After seeing the team I knew I wanted to be a part of what they were up to. Everyone knew each other and greeted their friends with a handshake. People were smiling and wearing suits and I figured I wanted to look like that too. UCG taught me how to raise the expectations I had for my life, how to run a business, and help others achieve the same goals.
